The Story Behind Luftanzoz Vol. 2
Luftanzoz Vol. 2 was the second chapter of a rap project that had already lived through some rough streets. The first version got pulled down because some of those records went too deep into things I did and saw when I was running with crews at sixteen. Some stories stay in the vault, and that's where they'll remain. This time I wanted the message to hit different. The beats still carry pressure, the bass still knocks, and the attitude is still there, but the writing became more focused and more personal. Less talking tough just for the sake of it. More real-life scars, hard lessons, and people showing their true colors when things stop benefiting them. A lot of this EP came from a season where I started drawing lines and setting boundaries. Funny thing is, once you stop letting people use you, a lot of people disappear on their own. Some cats only ride with you when the road is smooth. The moment things get uncomfortable, they vanish.
That's what this record is about Standing tall when people switch up. Keeping your head up when fake friends reveal themselves. Learning that respect ain't something you ask forsometimes it's something you gotta demand.
One of the most personal joints on the project is "Paranoia." That track was aimed at Pollo Carmona, a dude I once thought was my homie. Over time I realized the loyalty wasn't there, the energy wasn't real, and there were too many faces depending on who was standing in front of him. Instead of carrying that weight around, I threw it into the music and let the beat do the talking.
The project also features AP, bringing a completely different perspective to the table. Her verses come from the side of a woman who's tired of kissing frogs, tired of half-made men, and tired of people who keep talking about what they're gonna do but never move. She came in and spoke facts, plain and simple.
Out of all records I've released, this is probably one of the most aggressive. Not because it's violent, but because it refuses to stay quiet. It's for anyone who's been laughed at, doubted, betrayed, used, or treated like they were disposable.
At the end of the day, Luftanzoz Vol. 2 is about weathering the storm, protecting your circle, standing on business, and remembering that loyalty, respect, and real friendship are worth more than money, clout, or empty words.
